- RESUELVE:
- PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se remita el expediente a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Laboral, para que ella defina cual de los dos juzgados laborales del circuito es competente para conocer de la accion de tutela incoada por Nestor Valencia y otros, contra el Seguro Social.
